4. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount including applicable delivery charges. We accept the following payment methods:

- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Estimated delivery times are:
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Ovely is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ovelybd.com including images, logos, text, and design is the property of Ovely. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission from us.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ovely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
